Professional Contract Services, Inc., Buckley Annex, CO
The U.S. Air Force (USAF) outsourced operation and maintenance of the Buckley Annex to Professional Contract Services, Inc. (PCSI). The Buckley Annex is an administrative complex for the USAF, located near Buckley Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado. PCSI contracted with SUMMIT to provide environmental compliance technical support to ensure that all operations meet applicable environmental regulations as well as USAF guidance. To ensure compliance, SUMMIT reviewed environmental documentation related to RCRA, TSCA, CERCLA, SARA,EPCRA, SDWA, CWA, CAA, HSWA, and NEPA, and analyzed the impacts of these environmental statutes on the operations at Buckley Annex. Pursuant to this review and analysis, SUMMIT prepared various Compliance Plans and Compliance Reports, and conducted inspections and operations oversight. SUMMIT met all of PCSI's milestones while staying within budget.
